5.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, B1G IPTV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE B1G IPTV SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF B1G IPTV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL B1G IPTV’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO B1G IPTV FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

5.3 Third-Party Content: B1G IPTV is not responsible for the content provided by third-party content providers. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk, and B1G IPTV will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of such content.

6. Termination
