- You must not have violated our Terms of Service. Any violation, including but not limited to sharing your account credentials, using unauthorized devices, or engaging in illegal activities, will void your eligibility for a refund.
- Your refund request must be genuine and based on legitimate issues with the service. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- You must uninstall any B1G IPTV applications from all your devices after the refund is processed.
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase. Renewals are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.

Non-Refundable Items

Disputes
