B1G IPTV’s Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, B1G IPTV will take the following steps:

• Remove or Disable Access: If we determine that the DMCA Notice is valid and that the material is infringing, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the Alleged Infringer: We will notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material. This notification will include a copy of the DMCA Notice and information about how to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that the material that was removed or disabled was not infringing, or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notice with B1G IPTV’s Designated Copyright Agent. B1G IPTV’s Response to Counter-Notices

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, B1G IPTV will take the following steps:

• Provide a copy to the original complaining party: We will promptly provide the person who provided the DMCA Notice with a copy of the counter-notice.
• Inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days: We will inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

B1G IPTV may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the B1G IPTV website more than twice.

Misrepresentations

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
